Interest-only, balloon at the end. Typical terms 12, 18, or 24 months. Some files include light rehab with draws. Some are acquisition only.

1-4 unit residential: SFR, townhomes, PUDs, condos. Not owner-occupied. This program does not fund mobile homes, co-ops, rural/ag, or commercial (see our commercial page for that).

First-time investors are eligible. We do not publish a rate sheet here. Ask for a quote on the file.
